Recently, Hunan weishang Technology Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured a special ceramic high temperature sintering degreasing integrated furnace for a company in Shandong Province, which passed the customer's site acceptance and was delivered for use.
      The customer is a leading enterprise in China's special ceramics industry, large-scale special-shaped parts, for a long time, there are problems such as unstable heat treatment quality, deformation and cracking, which seriously restrict the production of customers.
      The pain point of customers is the direction of our efforts. The project team, closely combined with the needs of customers, has successfully completed the design and manufacture of the equipment through repeated demonstration and experiments, breaking through a series of technical problems such as high temperature limit, heat preservation system, heating system, dewaxing system, temperature uniformity in the cooling process and deformation control technology of the conventional pressure sintering furnace. In less than one month, the company has completed all the work of equipment installation, commissioning, trial production, etc. at the customer's site. The final product density, deformation and other data are significantly superior to the technical requirements of the contract, and highly recognized by the user.
      The successful research and development of this equipment fills in many technical gaps such as the structure and process of ceramic high temperature sintering furnace in China.
