Product Brief
Vacuum debinding sintering furnace is mainly used for debinding and sintering of tungsten alloy, steel bonded gold and other products. It can realize positive and negative pressure degreasing, atmosphere sintering, vacuum sintering and other processes. It can work in vacuum, Ar / H2 / CH4 gas environment and temperature as high as 1600 ℃. The shell adopts double-layer water-cooling design, and the furnace body has horizontal structure and vertical structure. It is suitable for the degreasing treatment of paraffin, rubber, PEG and other binders, with a high dewaxing collection rate (Paraffin) of 98%, ensuring the full recovery of paraffin, greatly reducing the pollution of vacuum pump oil, and effectively extending the maintenance cycle of vacuum pump.
